We provide free and paid shipping services when you buy products online at KentangWeb Online Shop. We deliver and ship products to worldwide including Australia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, UK and USA. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers greater value and service. How do you ship packages?
Packages will be delivered from China using China Post service or e-Packet to your entered address (please ensure that it is entered accurately and correctly). During Add to Cart (when you click on the “Add to Cart” button in the individual product web page), you can select the preferred shipping method.
2 shipping methods are currently available:
- Delivery by China Post service is free. which is named as “Free” on the Add to Cart.
- Delivery by e-Packet costs SGD7.90 which is named as “Flat Rate” on the Add to Cart.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship and deliver products worldwide including to Australia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, UK and USA. Free and paid shipping to these countries are available (look out for them on your Checkout web page).
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
